now more struggling bigger cities are opting for bankruptcy. they have bigger expenses employee salary and pension obligations. bigger debt and holes to dig out of. it starts in california 300 thousand was the largest city ever to file for chapter 9 bankruptcy. >> that allows the municipal government to attack bigger problems. they have broad authority to undo or otherwise modify collective bargaining agreement. >> aside from detroit three other cities have earned multiple junk bond rating littlefield texas and two in rhode island. another 22 have a junk bond rating from one of the ratings firms including camden, new jersey home to 80,000 people. they have been getting along the last two or three years muddling through making cuts along the way.

strength of your wireless network. >> a lot of people get frustrated in their homes they buy a router and can't figure out why they can't get wi-fi in the basement or living room. one of the biggest factors is brickwork in your house masonry work. if there's a portion of your house blocked by bricks chances are you are not going to get a strong wi-fi signal. we had the router set up in the top room and down stairs we have brickwork and we were getting almost no signal. you go out and buy a newer router. a lot of them have old routers for wi-fi and it will be slow. buying the new router with the latest standards you will see a speed bump. it's like nice and day because i just bought a new router. >> build it out of paper michigmicha.

>> what router does clayton use? >> they have gotten past the browser war. really i use google's chrome browser. go to chrome dot google.com download it, it is free. probably the fastest browser out there. i use it mostly on all of our computers. it gets the browser out of the way and let's you focus on the content. all of your books marks will sink across all of your computers at work you log into chrome the same book works that you have saved at home will be there at work. i also use apple's safari browser. those are the two. fire fox and internet explorer i found to be really sluggish. try chrome. you will thank me i am telling you. question number 3. i just got a new mac. what works better than quick books. i heard mac's version is bad. >> quick books on mac is not all that great. money software can be a little clunky. my favorite is a program called

money. it's that simple. called money. you can create categories. go out to eat all of this stuff you can categorize at the end of the year. excel spread sheet send it out to an accountant. it also sinks with your banks. all of that stuff is sinked with your bank. you can see you spent $5 on a newspaper money at a fast food restaurant gas all of it gets categorized for you. neat from the folks of neat receipt. they scan all of your receipts. it gets categorized using mac software. try money or the new program from neat which rolled out last week or so. >> that really works. i have seen the commercials. >> it does. i did a test on it. you can use a smart phone take a picture it up loads to neat servers scans all of it you don't have to type in any of the

turning now to politics billions of dollars in several failed projects. the government now calling it green energy loan program a home run. doug luzader is calling it one of the most laughable comments from capitol hill. >> the head of the energy department controversial loan program ran into a congressional buzz saw here yesterday. it wasn't pretty. the director of the program extended the government's control in handing out government style venture loan guarantees. many have gone belly up. solyndra has been a sore spot. it was heralded as jobs. it took 5 million jobs in tax payer loan guarantees. that led to this heated exchange. >> don't you agree that the loan guarantee program has had a tough record?
